Guru Peptides Affiliate Terms of Usage

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate partner of Guru Peptides. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before applying to join our program.

1. Affiliate Program Overview

The Guru Peptides Affiliate Program allows affiliates to earn commissions on successful referrals to our website (www.gurupeptides.com). Affiliates promote our research peptides, SARMs, and chemicals by sharing links, banners, and other marketing assets. When users make a purchase through your referral, you will earn a commission.

2. Affiliate Enrollment

To enroll in the Guru Peptides Affiliate Program, you must submit an application through our affiliate registration page. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. You will be notified via email if your application is approved.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

  • Only use marketing materials provided or approved by Guru Peptides.
  • Maintain honesty, integrity, and accuracy in promoting our products.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (including the FTC Endorsement Guidelines) when promoting our products.
  • Avoid making false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Guru Peptides products.
  • Never imply product consumption, human use, or benefits, as Guru Peptides products are strictly for laboratory research purposes and are labeled “Not for Human Consumption.”

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from:

  • Bidding on Guru Peptides-related keywords (including brand names, URLs, or any variations) in pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
  • Using misleading links, spamming, or any unethical methods to drive traffic.
  • Promoting our products on websites that promote illegal activities, contain offensive content, or violate any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Using unauthorized coupon codes or promoting products for human use.

Failure to comply with these restrictions may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

5. Commissions

Affiliates will earn a commission on valid sales generated through their unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the total order value, excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts.

Commission rates and structures may be subject to change at any time, with or without notice, at the discretion of Guru Peptides.

6. Payment

Commissions will be paid out monthly, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold of $50. Payments will be made via Bank Wire,Venmo, Cash App or Apple Pay. Affiliates must provide valid payment details to receive commission payouts.

Guru Peptides reserves the right to withhold commissions if an affiliate is suspected of fraudulent activity or violates the terms of this agreement.

7. Affiliate Tracking

All affiliate sales are tracked using cookies. Cookies are stored for 60 Days from the user’s initial visit, meaning affiliates will earn a commission if the referred customer makes a purchase within that time frame. Guru Peptides is not responsible for tracking failures due to improper link setup or third-party tracking issues.

8. Termination

Both affiliates and Guru Peptides reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice via email. Upon termination, affiliates will no longer earn commissions for future sales, but valid sales made before the termination date will still qualify for commission payments.

9. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information, including but not limited to commission rates, marketing materials, and performance data, provided by Guru Peptides as part of the affiliate program.

10. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Guru Peptides, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage, including legal fees, resulting from their breach of this agreement or misuse of the affiliate program.

11. Amendments

Guru Peptides reserves the right to amend these Affiliate Terms of Usage at any time, with or without notice. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to this agreement via email.

12. Limitation of Liability

Guru Peptides will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue or profits) arising out of the affiliate program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By applying to and participating in the Guru Peptides Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
